What's an online will?
A will is a legal document that sets out how a person wants their property to be distributed after their death. Therefore, it is a free, personal and individual act that can be performed by any person over 14 years of age.
If a person dies without a will, the law will be in charge of designating heirs, as well as the order of priority of the same, so that the totality of the inheritance is allotted to the deceased's relatives in legally established proportion.
A will can be modified as many times as you wish during your lifetime. However, each time you update it, we recommend that you review your life insurance policy, as well as the beneficiaries of the policy, since the insurance will pay the person named in the contract, regardless of what is stated in the will.
